Epic Games, creators of Unreal Engine, plan to show off the Unreal Engine 3 at the GDC

The Creators of the Unreal Engine, Epic Games, plan to showcase the amazing features from the nex-gen iteration of Unreal Engine 3, for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 at the Game Developers Conference later this month.



Epic will showcase their new product in a private theater located along the main exhibition hall. Epic will most likely show how the Unreal Engine is capable of FaceCX cinema-quality facial animation with auto-generated lip-synching.
As well epic will demonstrate their innovative physics-based animation – which blends character animations with reactions to in-game stimuli.
